Refund & Returns Policy

Your satisfaction matters. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, email support@everdeal.net with your order number and reason.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost — just send a photo to support@everdeal.net within 48 hours of delivery. Certain items (final sale or hygiene-related) may not be eligible for return.
